The Accelerate Program was created to bridge that gap. It’s designed to fast-track career growth for fresh graduates and early-career professionals, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and mentorship needed to thrive. More than a training program, Accelerate is a journey — taking participants from aspiration to impact, and enabling them to build strong professional identities, leadership potential, and a sense of purpose in their work.

What is Accelerate?

Accelerate is Ascend’s flagship onboarding and development program for Consulting Fellows, built to provide participants with the tools, networks, and hands-on experiences essential for success in the consulting industry.

Through a structured blend of experiential learning, industry-relevant training, mentorship, and real-world projects, participants gain exposure to the realities of client-facing consulting. The program emphasizes:

• Skill Building - Mastering consulting fundamentals, problem-solving frameworks, and digital tools.
• Workplace Readiness - Developing personal branding, workplace etiquette, and career confidence.
• Communication & Collaboration - Learning to manage projects, engage clients, and deliver solutions effectively.
