United Bank Limited (UBL), one of Pakistan’s largest financial institutions, recognized the need to prepare its leaders for an increasingly dynamic financial sector. The goal was not only to strengthen technical and strategic skills but also to foster resilience, collaboration, and purpose-driven
leadership.

The Challenge

The challenge was twofold: build a pipeline of leaders ready to step into critical roles, and create a culture where managers could confidently lead through complexity and change.
