FrieslandCampina Pakistan, in partnership with Ascend Consulting, recently hosted a three-day Leadership Synergy Retreat designed to ignite collaboration, authenticity, and purpose among its leadership team. The immersive experience combined reflection, challenge, and action—enabling leaders to step out of their routines and connect deeply with themselves and one another. Through experiential learning and guided conversations, participants explored what it means to lead with intention and co-create a fit-for-purpose culture.
