As Manager of Experiences, Farah has taken the lead in designing and implementing innovative programs that combine organizational objectives with personal growth and empowerment. One of her most notable contributions has been the founding of This is Us, an initiative dedicated to gender empowerment and reclaiming public spaces for women. Through this platform, she has championed greater inclusion, awareness, and opportunities for women to step into leadership roles with confidence.
