Since joining Ascend, Hafsa has worked on several high-impact projects across industries. She has led culture transformation initiatives with UBL, conducted large-scale talent assessments involving over 1,700 employees at K-Electric, and supported integrated talent management programs with Interloop Ltd. Her work demonstrates a unique ability to bridge organizational needs with leadership growth, ensuring that both individuals and institutions are well-positioned for long-term success.

Hafsa has also delivered key projects in leadership development, including programs for K-Electric and PMI, and has played a central role in recruitment and assessment of management trainees for organizations such as Faysal Bank.
