She is currently a Consultant at Ascend Consulting, where she collaborates closely with clients to co-create impactful solutions across project design, planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.

Before joining Ascend, Miraal served as a Branding and Communications Consultant at Shell Pakistan, where she led the development of a new corporate brand and played a key role in brand design and strategic communication initiatives.

With a solid foundation in strategic communications and brand development, Miraal brings a unique perspective to projects involving transformation, organizational development, and strategy execution.
